The Chair, elected by Unit Heads, serves as the Chief Executive of FYP.
Supporting Directors oversee key areas — Policy, Research, Finance, Communications, International Relations, and Membership Development.
Aligned with the Seven-Point Demand, FYP empowers youth to take part in policymaking, governance, and social justice frameworks — ensuring that every voice contributes to building a fair, inclusive, and secure Bangladesh.
